Spinach Salad

¼ cup wine vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp curry powder
2/3 cup oil
2 Tbsp dry white wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp crushed garlic

· Mix all. Beat to combine

To Serve:

Spinach
Mushrooms; sliced
5 sliced crisp bacon; crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs; chopped

· Combine with dressing
